PSYCHOLOGIST

MARY ANDREADIS, MProfPsych

Mary’s ethos is grounded in the notion that our inner world is deeply intertwined with our everyday lives. By exploring this connection, she helps clients understand themselves more fully, create meaningful change, and cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing.

She works with young people, adults, and couples, supporting clients through a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and personal growth. Mary has a particular interest in how early life experiences and trauma contribute to current patterns; relationship issues, and supporting people in personal growth and meaning.

Mary’s approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, honest, and collaborative. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood, a space to explore experiences with openness and curiosity. Her work focuses on building insight, developing new perspectives, and supporting meaningful and lasting change.

Recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, Mary draws flexibly from a range of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
